If you’re setup to run MSMoneyQuotes using a shortcut, then the DOS window will simply go away.

When Microsoft’s quote services are down, there’s nothing I can do about it as I’m not a Microsoft employee. Please be aware that MSMoneyQuotes is completely dependent upon Microsoft’s quote service working. It works for some people, but not others. : It seems that Microsoft is having intermittent problems with their quote services.
